Shipping Policy – The Kurti Story

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after Payment.

• India delivery : usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the location.

• International delivery: usually takes 7–12 business days depending on the country. International courier charges are additional.

• Free shipping on all India delivery orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
  For COD orders, a ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm the order. This amount will be adjusted in the final COD payment at delivery.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email after payment.

Please ensure your address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery issues.
